That was great, but I just thought you should have made the football scene longer.

This game is well made, and has good graphics, but I have to say that it's far from perfect.
For one, there is absolutely no sense of learning curve. First there's ridiculously easy goombas, then giant crushing balls of death, then more goombas that could only be a challenge if you're colorblind, then an expert level jump...you get the point. Also, I found a bug. You get hurt by the flying balls of trash in the glowing hat section if you hit them with your hammer.
But there are things about this that I have to praise you for. The mushroom that pops up and raises the block so you can reach another platform is clever, and the animation is great. Perhaps World 2 will be better.

The portal inside his head was a good idea, but definetely not one to base the entire video off of. This was way too short, and you gave no attempt to flesh out a plot or build up to the punchline. It would make a whole lot more sense (and make a better video) if he at least investigated why the cube was leaving.

I thought this was great. But I don't understand the part at the beginning. Were the kids actually saying something significant? I couldn't understand a single word they were saying over the song playing. Otherwise, it was great. Poor Boltclock, though...
Author's Response:
It was supposed to be significant... thanks for the review. :-D

I was quite disappointed by this. Lugging every single koopa shell back to the beginning of the stage is arduous, and poor programming causes the thief to "fly" when he jumps through multiple platforms. But, this game does have potential. One way you could really improve is if you notified players of how much money they needed to complete the level.
Author's Response:
If you run to the end of the level and touch the exit sign, a message will pop up telling you how much is needed.

That song is a little catchy. :)
But...what is that guy supposed to be? An embodiment of a brussels sprout deity? Or is he something more meaningful?

This is good, but I have to say that you should keep more aspects of the first world in your finished version. For example, I thought the wall jump from world 1 was much better than here. Also, the slide attack makes it way too easy. Perhaps you could decrease its duration.

This combines what everyone loves: Platforming, brain puzzles, magic portals, future technology, lasers, turrets, crushy deathtraps, and most importantly, cake!
But seriously, this game is very well made. Physics are amazing, and the laser turret puzzles are quite engaging. I swear I almost had a heart attack the first time I picked up a turret from the wrong side!

A little immature, but I like it. :P
